General Terms and Conditions - Quinta Viva a Vida

All reservations are subject to our terms and conditions. When making a reservation for one of our guest rooms, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Deposit:
A reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of your stay. We would like to receive the remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival.

Additional meals are easily settled on site.

Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your stay with us, always let us know in writing. A cancellation is only valid once you have received confirmation from us. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay (100%) will be charged. In case of early departure or a later arrival than planned, the total amount of the trip remains due.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. on day of arrival. Check out on day of departure at 10:00 am. If booking dinner on evening of arrival, please arrive before 7:30 pm. Later check-out is sometimes possible on request.

Furniture on our property:
We ask that you use all furniture in and around our Quinta as it is intended. In the event of any damage to our property, we will be forced to charge you.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the B&B. Smoking is permitted outside provided it does not disturb other guests.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our B&B.
