Frequently asked questions about our gluten-free B&B in Portugal

At Quinta Viva a Vida, everything is about enjoying together. Whether you eat gluten-free because of celiac disease, have a gluten sensitivity, or just travel with someone who eats gluten-free - you are welcome to join us. Everything we serve is 100% gluten-free, but delicious for everyone. Many guests simply eat gluten at home, but enjoy it without worries. Together at the table, without stress or fuss - that is what we stand for.

Is everything at your place really 100% gluten-free?

Yes. Our entire kitchen is 100% gluten-free - with no exceptions.
Because Bianca and Pip have celiac disease themselves, we know how important safety and clarity are. From breakfast to dinner: no gluten enters our kitchen.

Our dishes are pure, fresh and flavorful - even without gluten.
We want everyone at the table to enjoy themselves.

Can you eat safely even with celiac disease?

Yes. We work completely gluten-free and take into account cross-contamination throughout the kitchen.
With us, you don't have to keep asking if something is safe - we carefully arrange that in advance.
