Dimanche dernier, nous sommes sortis d\u00eener pour tester \u00e0 quel point la nourriture sans gluten est pr\u00e9sente l\u00e0-bas.<\/p>

Le restaurant se trouve sur le Rio de Vez, avec une terrasse et une vue sur l'eau. Ce n'est pas un grand endroit, juste un peu plus petit. Cela donne souvent l'impression d'\u00eatre un peu plus personnel. <\/p>

Le service \u00e9tait amical et a pris le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avec nous. C'est toujours la premi\u00e8re v\u00e9rification pour nous : est-ce que c'est pris au s\u00e9rieux ? <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Manger sans gluten : clair, mais avec des limites<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les aliments sans gluten y \u00e9taient bien, mais avec des restrictions.<\/p>

Par exemple, il y a une friteuse commune, donc les frites \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>

Ce qu'il y avait \u00e9tait tout simplement bon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Entr\u00e9es et plats principaux<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par trois entr\u00e9es. Des poivrons grill\u00e9s avec du gros sel de mer, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9s mais certainement pas f\u00e9roces. Un champignon farci avec du fromage et des l\u00e9gumes du gril, vraiment bon. Et des langoustines, qui sont normalement servies avec du pain, mais ils l'ont laiss\u00e9 de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour nous. <\/p>

Et honn\u00eatement : ce pain ne nous a pas manqu\u00e9 un seul instant.<\/p>

Ensuite, nous avons eu droit \u00e0 deux beaux morceaux de viande, avec du riz \u00e0 la place des pommes de terre. Le riz \u00e9tait bien parfum\u00e9 et il \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 d'une salade fra\u00eeche. C'est simple, mais c'est bien fait. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Convient aux enfants<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pour les petits enfants, cependant, le choix est limit\u00e9.<\/p>

Il n'y a pas de p\u00e2tes ou de pizzas sans gluten disponibles. Ils doivent donc manger un peu avec ce qui est au menu, comme un morceau de viande avec du riz. Cela ne convient pas \u00e0 tous les enfants. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Il y avait une carte OLA, que tu trouves partout au Portugal et qui est une excellente alternative pour les enfants.<\/p>

Les desserts du menu lui-m\u00eame \u00e9taient en fait tous inadapt\u00e9s. Presque tout avait quelque chose comme du crumble ou un composant similaire et ils ne pouvaient pas le rendre sans gluten. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dans l'ensemble, nous y avons pass\u00e9 un excellent repas.<\/p>

Pas un endroit avec un choix infini, mais un endroit o\u00f9, si tu te mets \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute, tu peux manger en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u00e9licieusement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
