Avec nos trois enfants, nous vivons \u00e0 Arcos de Valdevez, dans la verdoyante r\u00e9gion portugaise du Minho. On ne d\u00e9m\u00e9nage pas dans un autre pays avec trois jeunes enfants de mani\u00e8re impulsive. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que nous avons longtemps cherch\u00e9 un endroit en accord avec nos valeurs.  <br><br>\nLorsque nous avons trouv\u00e9 cet endroit dans le nord du Portugal, beaucoup de choses sont devenues \u00e9videntes. La nature, le calme, l\u2019espace pour les enfants et l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re d\u00e9tendue de cette r\u00e9gion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs. <br><br>\nDepuis Arcos de Valdevez, vous d\u00e9couvrirez facilement le calme du nord du Portugal. Bianca et notre fille Pip sont atteintes de la maladie c\u0153liaque. C\u2019est pourquoi nous savons par exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 quel point l\u2019alimentation en vacances peut \u00eatre source de stress.  \n<br><br>Douter d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle contamination crois\u00e9e, v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients, donner des explications au restaurant ou sauter des repas pour ne prendre aucun risque : nous connaissons tout cela.\n<br><br>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que notre cuisine \u00e0 la Quinta Viva a Vida a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement sans gluten d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Sans aucune exception. \n<br><br>Cela signifie que les h\u00f4tes atteints de la maladie c\u0153liaque n\u2019ont pas \u00e0 se demander sans cesse si un aliment est s\u00fbr. Pas d\u2019ustensiles s\u00e9par\u00e9s, pas d\u2019incertitudes et pas de situations compliqu\u00e9es. Pouvoir simplement manger en toute d\u00e9tente. D\u2019autres longent les rivi\u00e8res de la r\u00e9gion du Minho, visitent les villages locaux ou partent \u00e0 la recherche de plages fluviales tranquilles. \n<br><br>Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e d\u2019excursion, il est agr\u00e9able de revenir dans un lieu o\u00f9 tout semble clair et familier. Pas de foule, pas de chichis. Bianca veille au calme, \u00e0 la structure et \u00e0 l\u2019attention port\u00e9e aux d\u00e9tails en coulisses. La Quinta Viva a Vida se situe pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de ces deux mondes : chaleureuse et personnelle, mais aussi pratique et claire.  <br><br>\nIl est important pour nous que nos h\u00f4tes se sentent les bienvenus sans que tout doive \u00eatre parfait.
